 cup
 Plain whole yogurt
1/4 cup  Light Mayonnaise
 3  Tablespoons
 Cherry Republic Cherry Jam
 1
 Cup, or less
 Pistachio nuts, shelled and unsalted
 3/4  Cup
 Diced celery
 2  Teaspoons  Grated crystalized ginger - available in spice department
3 Tablespoons  Cherry Republic Dried Cherries
 4  Cups  Roasted & chunked chicken
1/2  Teaspoon  Fresh ground pepper
 1/2  Teaspoon  Salt
Whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, Cherry Jam, grated crystallized ginger, salt and pepper.

 

Add the dried, cut up cherries, cooked chicken and diced celery.  Mix well.

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Makes 8 servings.
