Mac & Cheese a la The Republic

| | 3 | Tablespoons | Cherry Mustard | | 1/4 | Cup | Flour | | 1 1/2 | Cup | Milk | | 1 | Cup | Provelone cheese, shredded | | 1 1/2 | Cup | American cheese, cubed | | 1/2 | Cup | Mild Chedder Cheese, shredded | | 1/2 | Cup | Parmeason Cheese, shredded | | 1 | teaspoon | KaBOB's Kickin' Hot Sauce | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | White Pepper | | 4 | Cups | Cooked Macaroni |
Melt butter and saute onions slowly, 5 minutes Add garlic, cumin, Cherry Mustard. Mix well. Whisk in flour and cook for 3 minutes. Slowly whisk in milk. Add cheeses in small amounts until fully melted.
Add KaBOB's Kickin' Hot Sauce.
Season to taste.
Thin with more milk, if necessary.
Add to Cooked Macaroni.
