Mac & Cheese a la The Republic  

Ingredients
 4 Tablespoon
Butter
1/4
Cup
Onion, finely diced
 1  Tablespoon Garlic, minced
1
Tablespoon
Cumin
3TablespoonsCherry Mustard
1/4CupFlour
1 1/2CupMilk
1CupProvelone cheese, shredded
1 1/2CupAmerican cheese, cubed
1/2CupMild Chedder Cheese, shredded
1/2CupParmeason Cheese, shredded
1teaspoonKaBOB's Kickin' Hot Sauce
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonWhite Pepper
4CupsCooked Macaroni






Melt butter and saute onions slowly, 5 minutes

Add garlic, cumin, Cherry Mustard.  Mix well.

Whisk in flour and cook for 3 minutes.

Slowly whisk in milk.

Add cheeses in small amounts until fully melted.

Add KaBOB's Kickin' Hot Sauce.

Season to taste.

Thin with more milk, if necessary.

Add to Cooked Macaroni.

Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
