We have provided some special items to both help in various dishes that you may wish to prepare as well as have for general enjoyment.

A number of these spices and specialty items come from stores and suppliers in Michigan, our home state. We have tried many of these in our own kitchen and have enjoyed them all. We especially like the spices and herbs from Peppermill Spice Co. and many of the products from Brownwood Farms and the Cherry Republic. The spices are custom blends from quality sources. The cherry products create a special taste to both cooked dishes and with chips.

These locations are also great places to visit on trips to northern Michigan.

While Milk Chocolate Covered Cherries do not fall in the category of gourmet ingredients, our staff can personally attest to the fact that they should.
